Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All BurgerFi signage, decals, canvases, POS toppers, and printed materials are produced and fulfilled in the order received. Most items are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer Flat-Rate Shipping for all orders.
The flat rate will appear at checkout.

3. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped through standard carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or local logistics partners). A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on location but typically range from 3–10 business days after production.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
